Refunds and cancellations

One-time purchases, nothing to cancel

Cinder Studio ($9.99) and School of Cinder ($4.99) are one-time payments. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

When we refund

If Cinder Studio won’t install or run on your computer, email us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll help you get it working, and if we can’t, we refund you in full. The same 14 days apply to School of Cinder if the files don’t open or download.

We also refund a purchase made twice by mistake, and a purchase you didn’t make.

How to ask

Email aarush@cinemora.co.in with the email address you bought with and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

We turn off the licence key, so it can no longer activate Cinder Studio on a computer.
